All measures are in millimetres and indicate the size of unmachined castings.
Common items are on stock and will be dispatched immediatly, for large quantities or production on commission, time of delivery will be confirmed.
The right of return within 10 days does not include commissioned articles made to your instructions, drawings or plans. For returns, please use original packing and add full postage.
Deliveries from CHF 100.00 in Switzerland and € 80.00 for EU-countries are carriage free. For smaller deliveries at the cheapest rate we charge a flat rate of CHF 9.80 within Switzerland per order for package and postage, € 7.80 within EU-countries. All other cases and overseas on request. The goods travel at the risk of the consignee.
The tax of the non-EU foreign countries is not included in our prices. Generally the tax is charged separately.
The Swiss VAT included in our prices is used to compensate the additional work (custom forms etc.) and a refund is not possible.
Deliveries to EU countries are usually made from our depot in Germany. For deliveries to Switzerland or countries outside the EU the prices in Swiss Francs are valid. For deliveries to EU countries the €-prices (including VAT) are valid. The invoices are due on receipt. Mode of payment according to order sheet (banking and postal fees at your own charge). Advanced payment may be stipulated.
Guarantee: all castings are of best quality made in Switzerland and are controlled. Even so a defective casting can be returned and will be replaced by an unmachined new casting.
Further claims are excluded. For all other items the guarantee is corresponding.
In case of divergence due to translation, the German version will be valid.
Alterations of prices and patterns are reserved.
